This will be my second week starting this Monday that I have been working for the "Vital Print" company which deals with printing catalogues for different large companies such as IKEA and Argos. It's an easy but rewarding job as the paycheck each month is a lot more than what I used to get while delivering pizza's for Domino's a couple of years ago. My main responsibility at the company is answering price quote questions about the different services we offer and the delivery times. You could say I work as the main person that deals within the customer service department where I cover all of ground in regards to making things run as smoothly as possible making sure the company stays profitable.

We process around 500.000 orders a year serving everything from large to small orders and we have a huge amount of returning customers that buy from us again. This is a growing company and a lot of newspapers have rewarded us for our great customer service support as well as our high quality products that sell for the cheapest prices on the market. Just recently I signed a one year contract to stay here as I am really enjoying working along side so many fun and wonderful individuals that come from all different walks of life.

Just yesterday we received another big order from furniture giants IKEA about printing their newest autumn collection that is suppose to reach people's homes by the beginning of September this year. They specified wanting a 200 page catalogue in fine colour print. My job is to keep in direct contact with IKEA an update them on how the process is going and deal with any enquires they might have. The company as of date has over 100 employees spread over 2 different locations within in the UK. We have our London branch here where I work but there is an even larger office up in Manchester that deals with a tremendous amount of orders each day coming in from all over the world as we offer free shipping on large orders. I just hope I can work for this great company for many years to come. Each Christmas we have a fantastic Christmas party where we all end up getting ridiculously drunk and we spend the entire night dancing and embarrassing ourselves. My life is really going well at the moment and I could not wish for anything more.
